Description

The All Lift Foundationless Floor Mounted Jib Crane (1/8 Ton) requires no pre-poured foundation and can be bolted directly to almost any existing concrete surface using straight anchor bolts and epoxy. This makes it ideal for open areas where a single crane needs to serve multiple workstations. The boom is a rolled steel I-beam with tapered flange for smooth trolley travel, rotating a full 360° for maximum reach. Removable safety end stops are included on both ends to limit trolley travel. Durable and built for long service life, the FL-250 Series features a 26" diameter base, 22" bolt circle, and 6 mounting holes at 1-1/4" diameter each.

Installation Requirements:

  • Existing concrete must be a minimum of 6” thick reinforced with a minimum 3,000 psi (5 bag mix), soil pressure must support 2,500 psi.
  • Concrete in and around the area (6’ x 6’) of the base plate must be free of cracks and must appear in good condition.
  • All units have 26” diameter base and 22” bolt circle 6 holes 1-1/4” diameter.
