The MAX-A-JUST is made up of two half assemblies, each of a composite construction of nylon coated steel members carrying polycarbonate extension visors that can be adjusted in both vertical and horizontal plane, to clear protruding vices of jigs and fixtures.

The two half assemblies are mounted in opposition to form either a complete three-sided box or an extended line across the front of the machine table.

When positioned, the release of the special locking devices enables the two half assembles to be opened to give rapid access to the workpiece or cutter.

An additional feature on Model M2 is a spring-loaded plunger pin that securely locks the guard in its closed position. When released the guard can be hinged aside allowing instant access to the machine table.
