All Powerfeeds in the pulldown come with everything you will need to mount the unit to your machine (bracket and brass gear included), excluding the base models.
Dynamo - Table, Cross, Knee Feeds
- Full wave SCR/DC Motor (similar to the Servo Type 150 Power Feed)
- Electro-Mechanical Clutch
- Reverse direction without waiting for complete stop
- Limits torque to 140 in-lb protecting nylon gear from breakage
- Eliminates over travel due to inertia of motor when contacting limit stops or loss of power
- Electro-Mechanical Clutch and full wave SCR circuit allows superior cutting at low speeds
- Jog switch
- Make incremental moves; length adjustable determined by speed control setting
- Limit switch
- Fluid protective cover
- Control panel fluid protective lip helps minimize coolant damage to all front control switches
- Helical gear provides the smoothest, quietest operation available
- Torque: 140in-lb peak / 100in-lb continuous
- Feed rate: 0.4 to 37.4 IPM
