Description
The Phase Perfect® Residential Pro digital phase converter uses the same proven technology as our Phase Perfect® Performance and Enterprise converters but is specifically designed for smaller motor loads found in home garages or small shops. The Residential Pro uses 80% less standby power than a rotary, runs 82% quieter, and takes up less space. No parts to wear out, no adjustments to make. Built-in digital monitoring keeps your equipment safe. Handles 2-5 HP loads—grinders, lathes, mills, compressors, dust collectors, and more. Starts hard loads and runs multiple machines at once. Easy to install, compact indoor enclosure. Stop wasting money on lost power and burned-out motors.
Includes Nema Type 1 indoor enclosure, RFQ for optional NEMA 3R enclosure.
How does sizing differ from a typical rotary converter?
When sizing a rotary phase converter, the motor size is doubled to produce the current required for the 3rd leg at full power (For example, a 5HP machine will require a 10HP rotary converter).
With a Phase Technologies converter, sizing is straightforward.
You can power a 5 HP machine with a 5 HP Phase Perfect converter, with no derating required.
