Handling Systems International offers a wide range of straight and curved monorail systems in both ceiling-mounted and floor-mounted configurations.

Ceiling-mounted systems are available with drop or flush mount hangers.

With in-house engineering and design expertise, Handling Systems can build almost any custom freestanding monorail system to fit your application.

Floor-mounted systems are available with two support styles: A-frame (floor-mounted gantry style) or H-frame straddle leg supports.

The H-frame design lets you place support columns where they stay clear of machinery and forklift traffic.

A monorail system uses a single straight or curved I-beam supported at each end, with a trolley and hoist that travel along the beam to move material. Longer runs may need middle supports.

A monorail is a good fit when you don't need the full-area coverage of a bridge crane. Monorails are most often used over a row of machines, in hallways and passageways, through paint booths, and for truck loading.

Optional festoon packages keep the air hose or power cord out of the way of the load and the operator.
